I called to try and get repairs done and ended up working with Kaleb Watson on a multitude of things. As woman planning to purchase an motorhome, I knew it was very important that I get a thorough inspection before signing on the dotted line. I reached out to Tim & Blue Ribbon after reviewing the website. I placed a call, and it was returned in less than 15 minutes. I had a narrow timeline, and Tim was able to find time to inspect my Class C motorhome. I asked if I could be present at the time of inspection and he welcomed my participation. What followed was an in-depth inspection, that had employees of the RV dealership quite impressed. As the inspection progressed, Tim answered any question I had. He provided a detailed report that I shared w/ the dealership. Tim had noted the tires all has cracked on the sidewalls. This finding alone was worth the price of inspection, as the dealership then replaced all six tires. It was an excellent experience working with Blue Ribbon, and I will reach out again for repair work when the situation occurs. Thanks very much, Tim.

We want to thank Tim Schaefer at Blue Ribbon RV inspections for meeting us at Sports Truck RV in Arizona and inspecting the 2021 Verona VSB 36. Just like his sign says “We Try Harder”!! Tim Schaefer did! He started, checked and opened, turned on, checked the roof and all on top, Filled with water and did fluid analysis to be sure we were getting what we paid for (Which took most of the day). We met him early morning, as we drove from San Clemente, California before the heat set in, Tim worked through the 109°. Tim worked hard for us.! Very friendly and great personality And helped teach us some about the RV and after the inspection we feel we’re getting what Were paying for. Thank you again Tim Schaefer!

Tim went above and beyond with our pre-purchase inspection on a 2006 Travel Supreme coach. He was approachable, honest, and very thorough.

We are using his report findings to try and negotiate $20k off the list price, so his fee should basically pay for itself.

There is a reason Tim (Blue Ribbon RV Inspection) is rated so highly and that's because he is the best in the area. I'll include a picture of myself with our rig being inspected... it gets a very thorough check! This is our fourth RV and I thought I could spot most anything by now but Tim found a couple of things I would have missed, money well spent for his inspection service if I do say so. Good communication before inspection, puts out things as he finds them, and gives you a great, many page document afterwards. Don't hesitate, pick Blue Ribbon RV Inspection and you won't be sorry.

We found a used RV in the Phoenix area but had reservations since we had never purchased a used unit before. I did some research and found Tim but also noticed he was a veteran. As a veteran, I am always happy to give my business to a fellow veteran. I wasn't disappointed. Our report was comprehensive and Tim was responsive to our many questions. I highly recommend Tim for any RV inspection you may need. He is knowledgeable, reliable and gave us the peace of mind we needed to go forward with our purchase. Can't thank him enough!

Tim was on time, provided quality service installation and repair in a timely manner, the work was vey clean even to the point of being careful not to track dirt or water into our RV. He respected our RV home and was honest in every aspect of his labor and service. This business operated so well we plan to have customer loyalty for our RV repair needs in the future. Absurd cancelation policy, I agree with having a charge for canceling cause they deserve to be compensated but paying 80% of the service for nothing in return is just thievery. I would find basically any other certified inspector before I would call Tim again.

Tim was incredibly thorough in his evaluation and reporting. He explained issues as he worked and was available outside the inspection time, always willing to respond to my questions and concerns throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about his thoroughness and professionalism.

Tim fit me in a timely manner (he is busy because he is good), and I received a thorough detailed inspection report that gave me the information I needed to make our business decision. I highly recommend Tim at Blue Ribbon RV Inspection. We hired him to do an inspection for us on a used coach before we flew halfway across the country to purchase it. We received a very detailed and thorough report of his findings that helped with our decision whether or not to buy the coach. Tim did a fantastic job of inspecting my rv. He is a certified inspector (NRVIA)very knowledgeable, a great communicator and did a very detailed inspection of the RV. He was comfortable with me asking questions and took the time to explain everything he was doing. A professional report was emailed to me the same evening.
My opinion of Tim is he is honest, trustworthy and sincere. I would definitely recommend him, and would use him again.

Well, let me preface my review by saying I have a strong military and science background, so I had high expectations. I wanted a complete, detailed, and organized review of a new RV before my purchase.

I have never had a pre-purchase inspection before, but I was just sold a brand new RV from my local dealer and it had a major design flaw. Screw me once, shame on you…

I purchased the “Essential Plus” package which is advertised as including 40 to 50 photos, 360 degree underbody photos, and 1 fluid analysis. Tim recommended this package for a brand new RV. I appreciated his integrity for not up-selling me.

I was pleasantly surprised and shocked. I haven’t seen this level of attention-to-detail for a long time. Tim’s thorough written report and comprehensive photos made me feel like HE was buying this RV. Truly impressive.

To date, I am waiting for the report on my one fluid sample, but I’m expecting it to be as detailed as the rest. I am also waiting to hear how the dealer responds to Tim’s information. It is nice being well armed with information, when negotiating the purchase of a big-ticket item.

My only regret with Tim and Blue Ribbon is that I didn’t hire him for my first RV purchase!

It is difficult to find the words to describe how pleased we were with the entire inspection process we experienced with Tim. Everything was perfect, from the scheduling process to the inspection and even a next day (Sunday) detailed report. All this while we inundated him with questions throughout the inspection. I had the pleasure to work with Tim on a recent inspection on a Class A motorhome in the Phoenix area. I was impressed with Tim from our first conversation and liked his process for doing an inspection. We were able to setup the appointment, at a dealership, in a timely fashion and the inspection was done within about a week. The report was sent to me the following day.

The report was thorough and helped very much in the negotiation process and we were able to make sure everything that Tim identified in the report was taken care of before taking delivery. I would highly recommend Tim for his responsiveness and thoroughness. Anyone in the AZ area looking for an inspector, Tim is your guy. If you are purchasing a new or used RV, get it inspected first.

Tim was very professional and helpful before, during, and after the inspection. Every time we called, he would always answer the phone and replied to all our silly questions. We had a delay with some fluid samples, and he was on top of things when he called/emailed the lab and got us the test results we were waiting on. I’d like to thank Tim for his diligence in making time to inspect the Winnebago we were interested in and ended up buying. The final decision to purchase the unit was in no small part due to the results of his thorough inspection.

I called on December 22nd to see about scheduling a rush inspection. Given the holidays, I expected Tim to say it would have to wait, but he was understanding and worked as I coordinated time with the seller. Tim was out on December 26th and completed the inspection.

He then took the time to explain the results and minor areas that he recommended we fix. As a first time RV buyer, this was educational and invaluable to me.

The greatest compliment actually came from the seller who called me and said, “You really hired a top notch crew to do your inspection. They were here 4.5 hours and looked at everything in the unit!!” That gave me great confidence and comfort in making such a large purchase.

I called Tim prior to purchasing a modern RV with a large lithium battery and multiple complex battery charging systems. An extensive checklist had already been created to test the different charging systems. I sent the checklist to Tim and ask if he would incorporate my RV specific checklist into his inspection. Tim agreed, and also allowed me to assist him with the inspection of the RV I was considering purchasing. Tim was very pleasant to work along side of and he produced an outstanding report that I was able to provide to the motor home dealer to facilitate repairs. We are first time RV buyers and it was recommended that we get the RV professioanly inspected. After reviewing the NRVIA website I picked Tim's company Blue Ribbon Inspection Services.
After I sent an email to Tim about needing an RV inspection he immediately responded and provided me with the different levels of inspection services that he provides. He also let me know his next date for availability.
On the day of the inspection Tim called me once he was done and went through his initial findings for the inspection and explained in detail some of his concerns.
The following morning I received an email from Tim letting me know that my RV Inspection report was available on his website and to give him a call if I had any questions.
The report is very detailed and includes pictures with explanations on the findings for the inspected items.
I will be using the report as a guide for maintenance and repairs and it was well spent money.

Tim provides great customer service at a great value and I would recommend Blue Ribbon RV Inspection and Service to anybody needing an RV inspection or maintenance work.

Tim provided a pre-purchase inspection of a Class A motor home for us. He was outstanding from the first contact to the finished report. He was very cooperative and responsive to any questions I had and he was quick to respond by text or call. His report was very thorough and professional. I live in Long Island New York and I had Tim inspect a class C motorhome outside of Phoenix Arizona. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for his service. He was always professional, responded to my calls right away and did an unbelievable job inspecting the unit and getting back to us with the reports. I don’t know how I would’ve bought the unit without him! Even after the fact he was there to help me with questions that came up.

Tim provided great communication throughout the entire inspection process and answered our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. He emailed the complete report shortly after the inspection and offered to explain anything we did not understand. Professional and competent only begins to describe the extensive inspection report we received. Although Blue Ribbon provides both RV inspection and service, Tim does not solicit repairs and his integrity is unmatched.

When my heater stopped working during a recent cold snap, I called 10 different mobile RV repair companies. They were all booked out more than a week. Tim said he would get me in on the coming Sunday just four days away. He stayed in touch over that time and was able to get here two days earlier! He fix the problem quickly then stayed to make sure it worked consistently. I had him look at a couple of other issues while he was here. He was very thorough and honest about what needed to be done. Great communication. Great service. Honest and courteous. I will definitely call him again if I'm in the area
